Pipeline status

SMS ingest endpoint:

POST /api/sms-ingest

Sends parsed HDFC transaction SMS to this Pages project for processing. Auth via Authorization: Bearer <SMS_SECRET> header.

Status:

📨 Receiver endpoint deployed
🔐 Awaiting SMS_SECRET env var (set in dashboard)
📱 Awaiting SMSForwarder config on phone
💾 Storage (D1) — coming once pipeline proves out
📊 Dashboard — coming after enough data flows in

Next steps for Master:

Set SMS_SECRET in Pages → Settings → Variables
Install SMSForwarder app, point at this URL
Send a test transaction; confirm payload arrives in logs
